liwaiwai labs provides an open community platform for AI advocacy, independent research, model comparison, benchmarking and related tools. Some features require an account, and extensive processing may require a paid plan or contribution.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Contributions and donations
Contributions and donations made through the Service help keep our research open and independent. Donations are voluntary and, unless required by law, non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
Content you submit remains yours, but you grant liwaiwai labs a license to host and display it as part of operating the Service. Our own content, branding and software remain our property.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Benchmarking and model outputs are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liwaiwai labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
